If you want Champagne to flow through your reception, not literally of course, then you will need to find a venue that will allow you to bring your own, and then find a great deal. Champagne is often cheaper after New Year's Eve, just like roses are often cheaper after Valentines, and cheap wedding receptions are much easier to find in the quiet months; January, February and March.
