Does anyone know of a place for the ceremony and reception that is really cheap that will fit about 250 ppl?

I'm getting married in October 2010 and I still haven't picked out the location i want to have it at. I'm looking at about 250 ppl attending. I want to supply my own food and beverages/alcohol and dj. I want to do my own centerpieces and own photographer and video too. All i really need is a location that is big enough to fit everyone that will supply the kitchen, chairs and table and the lines for them as well. Also supply servers which will handle the set up and clean up. And last but not least security. I want the place to include all this for a low reasonable amount of money.
