Free Wedding Cake Topper Idea

I used the bride and groom cake topper from my grandparents' wedding cake at my wedding. Free, and very sentimental for us and for them.

I hope we are married as long and as happily. And we had a good start - 15 years and we had a very cheap wedding - homemade cake, ginger ale & cranberry juice punch, thrifted dress, rehearsal dinner catered by the local high school home ec class. And our wedding was lovely. The most expensive part was the venue - $200 for a historical church in a small town.
