How to make lap length linens look good?

My dilemma: I want to keep this wedding as cheap as possible. What creative design elements could I add to the lap length linens to give the illusion of floor length linens? I'll take anything!

To be honest if you want the look of floor length linens it would be cheaper to hire them rather than the smaller size. True it will cost a few dollars more but compare that with the extra money you will end up spending to give the illusion and it will be less.

If longer linens are not an option look at creating stunning cheap wedding centerpieces to make your guests look to the table and not at the length of the cloth.

Tall centerpieces that make you look up will make your guests not even think about the length of the cloth.
