My main question is, how long are flowers sturdy for? Which ones are best to use? Could I arrange my flowers the day before the wedding?

There really is no theme. I'm mainly striving for elegant/romantic yet very simple. I wouldn't mind simple small centerpieces. Just a little something. My colors are pink (a soft pink) and epsresso.
The wedding is outdoor/ocean view under a tent. Not sure of the layout. I'm assuming 10-12 tables not including the head table. Thank you for any advice you can give me!!

Soft pink flowers that will last well would be carnations, hydrangeas and roses. You could arrange any of these easily the day before.
Use cheap glass vases from your local dollar store, or have a look for cheap vintage finds in local thrift stores. The best ones will be short and square!
Arrange the flowers tightly and then to add your espresso color tie a ribbon to match your theme around the vase. You may find it easier to glue the ribbon to the outside and then have a thin ribbon, maybe in the light pink tied around the middle.
If you can it is a good idea to keep your flowers in a cool place before they are needed.
Good luck with your plans!
