Make certain you have someone to coordinate those details!

It sounds fabulous!!! Just make sure you have someone who is in charge of seeing to All those details or they will not happen!! And, if you can't hire a day of coordinator, then make sure it is NOT either of you or anyone who will be in the pictures or the wedding party. Take it from experience!!! You need to go over all the details, have drawings and have someone who will be in charge or them or all that planning will crumble on the day of!
