I would like to have no more than 75 guest. the wedding party 5 to 7 bridesmaids and groomsmen. maid and matron of honor. Bestman, ringbearer flowergirls(2 to 3), candlelighters. My colors are chocolate and champagne. Plan for bridesmaid dresses to be chocolate with champagne sash. Groomsmen brown suits. Bride white gown. Groom white suit with brown vest, tie. I would like to be in Macon, Ga. I am not wanting to spend more that $3000 to $4000.

It sounds like you have lots planned already! You have your budget and you have your theme.

You will probably be looking at half of your budget being for the reception $1500, this works out at $20 a head. You will need to be creative with where you have your reception and how you are going to cater. For your budget you will need to do a lot yourselves so pull in as many friends and family you can.

Look for alternative cheap wedding venues in Macon, Ga.
